We want you to enjoy this amazing experience and not feel rushed, so our minimum rental period is up to 2 hours from when you launch, which is plenty of time to paddle to the end of the river and out into the bay.

We ask all larger groups of paddlers to wear them. That said, if you are a good swimmer, in good health, and use the provided leash, a life jacket is optional. If in doubt, please wear one.

The less the better, plan on getting wet- wear swimwear, sun protection, floating hats. Leave valuables in your car. You can also rent a personal lockers for $2.
You can leave your footwear on our deck by the launch area. If you plan to take a cell phone or camera, we recommend using a magnetic seal waterproof floating bag, available to purchase in the shop. Glasses come off easily if you fall in and will sink to the bottom if not secured. Use a tether or croakies if you have to wear glasses.

The guided tour takes 90 minutes though you should allow for extra time to sign in and to shower and change afterwards.
